Position : Brand Marketing Communications

Job brief
We are looking for an Experienced Marketing Communications Specialist to manage our online and offline communication for our brand product department to work on customer’s funnels (Awareness -Consideration – Conversion). Marketing Communications Specialist responsibilities include collaborating between Brand Managers and related teams distributing promotional material, responding to queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events. 
If you have experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s voice to impress our customers and attract new clients. 
Responsibilities
ㆍ Promote our brand products.
ㆍ Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
ㆍ Advertise our company and products/services on various media
ㆍ Plan interviews and press conferences
ㆍ Plan & Produce marketing copy for our sell channels
ㆍ Track ROI for marketing campaigns
ㆍ Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
ㆍ Monitor corporate accounts and address clients’ queries
ㆍ Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
ㆍ Gather customer feedback, PR, Ads Reports to inform sales and product teams
Requirements and skills
ㆍ Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
ㆍ Familiarity B2C advertising campaigns
ㆍ Hands-on experience with online content management tools, Marketplace and Social Media
ㆍ Proficiency in MS Office
ㆍ Generic Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
ㆍ Experience with marketing campaigns on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok)
ㆍ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ㆍ Good presentation skills
ㆍ BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field will be an advantage
